If the temperature of SKF bearing outer ring can be directly measured by the oil hole, it is more appropriate. Under normal circumstances, the temperature of the bearing can be estimated according to the temperature outside the bearing seat. If the lubrication and installation parts are appropriate, the bearing temperature will rise sharply and abnormal high temperature will occur. In this case, stop the operation and take necessary precautions. In general, the temperature of the combined bearing rises slowly with the operation and reaches a stable state after 1-2 hours. The normal temperature of the bearing varies with the heat capacity, heat dissipation, speed and load of the machine. When necessary, the thermal sensor can be used to monitor the working temperature of the bearing at any time. When the temperature exceeds the set value or the burning shaft stops, the alarm will be automatically sent to the household.
 
When rotating the SKF bearing, it should be very smooth, there should be no abnormal noise, and there should be no impurities. Combined bearings are allowed to have slight operating noise during operation. If the noise is too large or there is abnormal noise or impact, it indicates that the bearing fails. Bearing antirust treatment with slightly fragrant antirust oil, the amount is not large. Make the whole combination bearing clean and fragrant. During the normal use of SKF bearings, a certain temperature is allowed at the position where the bearings are installed. It is normal not to feel heat when you touch the mechanical housing with your hand. If the temperature of the rolling bearing is too high, the quality of lubricating oil can be considered to meet the requirements or deterioration, and the viscosity of lubricating oil is too high; Or the installation mechanism is too tight, the bearing is too tight, the bearing retainer or rolling element is broken.
