3. Weigh 1kg of 99.9999% high-purity gallium into a three-necked flask, add high-purity nitric acid to dissolve the gallium completely, then filter, pour the filtrate into a three-necked flask, and move it to an electric furnace for evaporation (in a fume hood). ), and when concentrated to near crystallization, the solution was transferred to a large evaporating dish and evaporated to dryness. Put the evaporated Ga(NO3)3 in a muffle furnace for burning, the temperature is controlled at 550 ℃, burn for 5 hours, and take out the finished product after cooling to obtain 1.2 kg of high-purity gallium oxide
