Its load action line forms a certain angle with the bearing axis, and the axial load capacity is ample. It can bear a defined radial load while carrying the axial load.

The spherical rollers of this kind of bearings are arranged obliquely, and the raceway surface of the race is spherical, which has the function of adjusting the center. Therefore, several inclinations of the shaft can be allowed. It can be used in cumbersome load situations, and the allowable speed is high.

4. self-aligning ball bearing

4.1 the raceway surface of the outer ring is spherical, with centering performance. This kind of bearing is suitable when the shaft and the seat hole are not concentric due to processing, installation, and shaft bending. The deflection angle can be adjusted within 3 °.

4.2 the contact angle of bearing is small, almost unchanged under the action of axial force, and the axial bearing capacity is low.

It mainly bears the radial load, while carrying radial load, it can also take a small amount of axial load, and its limit speed is lower than that of the deep groove ball bearing.

5. self-aligning roller bearing

The raceway of the outer ring is a part of the spherical surface, and the bearing has the internal centering performance to adapt to the relative deflection of the shaft and the seat hole.

It can bear radial heavy load and impact load, as well as certain bidirectional axial load.

This kind of bearing can limit the axial displacement of the shaft or the shell within the axial clearance range of the bearing.

The structural principle and characteristics of this kind of bearing are the same as that of the self-aligning ball bearing, which can be used for each other when the load capacity and the limit speed are allowed.
